The Main Event

(Guest House Automatically Included in Rental)

This is the largest area of the barn, renovated to reside on one concrete floor, with the former animal cistern-turned-bar designed with materials from the former partial wood floor.  With a standing bar by the opening overlooking The Parlour – which houses the washrooms – and stairs leading up to The Loft, rentals of The Main Event will automatically include these additional spaces. 

Also included is the use of the small catering kitchen, which houses a stove, full-sized fridge, and some plating/preparation surfaces.  Use of chairs, tables, linens, glass/flat/tableware for dinner events up to 20 people is available on-site. 

  • Main = 800sq’ + bar and catering kitchen; Parlour = 650sq’, Loft = 600sq’

  • Total square footage = 2,050sq’

  • Maximum occupancy: 60 to 80 people, depending on event type/set-up

Recommended for larger seated dinners, cocktail parties, small music performances or curated group activities

Note: event rentals for chairs, tables, linens, glass/flat/tableware, etc is required for events over 20 people
