Allow me to give you one free piece of advice - building with shipping containers is NOT the bargain you may be sizing it up to be!  If you're approaching your build with that same optimism I did, let me correct this faulty assumption now.  If you're looking for a full-year space, and you live anywhere with four seasons, building with containers will be equally (if not MORE!) expensive than with typical methods.
