Book A Sweet

Please read this before booking! 

• The Acres can accommodate up to six adults - two per Sweet maximum - no exceptions

• This is an adult-only property

• You may book one Sweet, two or all three Sweets (see below for booking multiples)

• Sadly, pets are no longer permitted - owners were not following the rules, potentially putting their pets and others at risk

Minimum Stay:

• Before May 19 and after October 9 (2023) - you may book a 1-night stay for a single Sweet booking

• Between these dates, there is a 2-night minimum (* Exceptions may be made if there is availabity within 2 days of travel)

• A 2-night stay is required for multiple room bookings, year-round

 

Booking Sweets:

The booking platform is limited to one room per reservation.  Each Sweet is the same layout, but are named East, South and West to help you understand which direction each faces.  Example:  if you like the sunrise, choose East...sunset = West (and the South has a great view of the back field). 

 

For multiple rooms, please search for your desired dates using a maximum of two adults. Each room available for those dates will appear.  You now have choices: 

1. Individually book each room separately

2. Contact the host and request the dates to be reserved, and pay by invoice; OR

3.  Book under one reservation through AirBnB using this link: https://airbnb.com/h/pec-shippingcontainer-guesthouse  (Note: AirBnB guest fees will apply)

Cancellation Policies (from 3 pm on arrival date):

• Single Sweet Reservations = 1 week notice for a full refund; 2 days notice for a 50% refund

• Multiple Sweet Reservations = 2 weeks notice for a full refund; 5 days notice for a 50% refund

• Any changes to the original dates will incur a $50 administrative fee
